The secret of the splendid North Indian cuisine lies not only in the large selection of spices,but above all in their careful blending. We use a 150 kg stone mortar
to ensure that the Aroma of the fresh herbs fully unfolds. The Tandoor is our main appliance for grilling the tenderly marinated meat dishes.
It is usually round and features a cavity lined with burnt clay, on the bottom of which firewood is lit. The plate-shaped Nan (flat bread)
is placed on the outer walls heated by the embers and baked there, which takes only a few minutes.
In the pleasant surroundings of our restaurant we serve specialities from the rich cuisine of Northern and Central India. The quality of our food and
the hospitable atmosphere have been known for years far beyond the city limits. We are happy to assist you in the selection of your dishes,
and if requested our chef will also conjure up mildly spiced dishes to suit your taste.
